We’re pleased to share an important update about our business.
Environmental Noise Solutions (ENS) is now part of enevo, a national consultancy operating across building safety, building compliance and building control. You can find out more about enevo at https://enevo.co.uk.
This marks an exciting next step for ENS. Having built a strong reputation over more than 20 years, we are now supported by a wider national platform, bringing additional technical expertise and operational capacity behind our team.
What this means for our clients
For our clients and ongoing projects, it is very much business as usual. You will continue to work with the same ENS team you know and trust, with the same people, processes and commitment to delivery. There are minimal changes to your day-to-day contacts or how we support your projects.
What this development does bring is added strength behind the scenes. As part of enevo, we now have access to a broader range of complementary services and specialist expertise, including:
- Enhanced acoustic and environmental capability
- Greater support for complex planning and compliance requirements
- Access to wider services across sustainability, energy assessment and building physics
- More integrated, joined-up support across the lifecycle of a project

Looking ahead
As part of this transition, our Managing Director, David Poulton, will be stepping back from the business and moving towards retirement. David is continuing to support the team during a structured handover period, helping ensure a smooth transition and continuity for clients.
The wider ENS team remains in place, and they (and the wider enevo team) are committed to maintaining the strong relationships we have built with our clients over many years.
